Nürburgring, 2009

Turn one.

Mark managed to hit two cars before turn one, receive a drive through penalty, and still appear to just dominate. Ever so cool! It certainly was a Red Bull day, a relatively bad one for Brawn, Massa put his Ferrari on the podium, and the Toyota powered cars had a mixed day - Rosberg went well and Glock did a great job from pit lane... As amusing as Barrichello's accusation of Brawn strategy horseplay is - I think it was mostly bad luck for him. And McLaren now appear to have a competitive setup. I wonder what could have been if Lewis hadn't punctured at turn one...

The last two MotoGP races saw Rossi get his 100th GP win at Assen, and Dani find a return to form after injury in California. Casey appears to have some mystery illness over the last month leaving him trailing on and off the bottom step of the podium.

Our MotoGP guessing competition saw me top Lach for the Dutch race, and Lach return the favour for the US GP.

So, the scores are: Lachy 91, Cam 83.

It's not over yet...
