much maligned alonso

A spot of dirt-tracking
Q. for #6: What race, which track?

It has become common place recently for non-Spanish motor racing enthusiasts to express a degree of disatisfaction with the on and off track behaviour of Mr Marmite Chin. Comments as randomly black-water trawled from dark internet alleys swirling with petrol fumes include:

“Since my last report, this driver has reached rock bottom and has started to dig.”
“His team would follow him anywhere, but only out of morbid curiosity.”

“I would not allow this driver to breed.”

“Alonso socially interacts well when under constant supervision and cornered like a rat in a trap.”

“His wet weather driving would be out of it's depth in a parking lot puddle.”

“He sets low personal standards for team loyalty and then consistently fails to achieve them.”
“Alonso remaining in F1 is depriving a village somewhere of an idiot.”
“Alonso is displaying an intellect rivaled only by garden tools.”

“Alonso must have fell out of the Stupid Tree and hit every branch on the way down.”

I think it's all a bit unfair: the more he loses the more I like the fellow. Go Lewis!
