The week is done. Was only ruined by the need to bother the books. News (again from #6) was not good. Mr Tennant has decided to not fall into the typecast quagmire that has cursed many an actor, such as
* Tom Baker (of course)
* William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy
* Roger Moore (but not Sean Connery)
* Henry Winkler
* Sigourney Weaver
* Paul Eddington (but not Nigel Hawthorne)
* Mark Hamill (but not Harrison Ford)
* Christopher Reeve and Adam West
* Larry Hagman
* Larry Linville, Jamie Farr and Alan Alda
* possibly Daniel Radcliffe, Elijah Wood and Sarah Michelle Gellar
seems to be a derth of female names there...

The UK Telegraph has published (what they think are) the likely replacements for Dr #10:
* David Morrissey
* Robert Carlyle (yes - now he would be cool)
* Patterson Joseph
* Catherine Tate (way long odds there)
* Rhys Ifans
* John Simm
The decision will be made by Stephen Moffat who wrote my favorite eps ever: Blink and Silence in the Library. Maybe he will choose Christopher Lee or Rutger Hauer!

Who would we really like to see as Dr #11... I know - Felicity Kendall!
