This picture question thing is a bit harder in that it's not as googleable. The educated guess of Circuit de Catalunia is correct: the pic was from 2007 (the date stamp WAS still in the image properties), unlike YOUR cropped pic! It was fun though.
I started off by cheating: I googled your image name (ca50zurp.jpg - is this a code?) but only got a single hit - your page. Upon selecting the 'show similar pages' returned Number 6: the One-Stop Shop for adults (16+) with High Functioning Autism (HFA) or Asperger Syndrome (AS).
My first real thought was Monaco, somewhere like the corner before the run into the tunnel. Couldn't prove that though - could have been any street circuit. Dating it was down to the obvious visible advertising, and the lack of aerodynamic bodywork behind the head, and boring 70s/80s style of helmet. The paintwork on the Benetton matches that of Team Alfa Romeo as worn during the 1985 season, and the helmet is that of Riccardo Patrese. The car used a 1.5 L turbocharged V8 and was called the 185T, but may have been the 184TB but maybe this was too early in the season (i.e. at Maonaco) for the reversion back to the last years model due to lack of reliability. The car behind is that of Nelson Piquet's Brabham BMW BT54. They had a bit of a coming together on lap 17 so it seems...
Monaco GP, Monte Carlo, May 19, 1985, Round: 4, Race Number: 408
At the start of the race Senna went away well leading Mansell, Alboreto and Prost, who had overtaken Cheever on the run to the first corner. Further back Gerhard Berger started well in his Arrows-BMW but the engine died almost immediately and he was hit by both Patrick Tambay's Renault and Stefan Johansson's Ferrari. All three were effectively out. At the front Alboreto made quick work of Mansell and the Englishman quickly dropped behind Prost, Cheever, de Angelis and Rosberg. The order then stabilized until lap 14 when Senna suffered an engine failure. Alboreto led for five laps during which time Riccardo Patrese (Alfa Romeo) and Nelson Piquet (Brabham) had a big accident going into Ste Devote. This left oil all over the road and caused Alboreto go go wide and lose the lead to Prost. Lauda went off and stalled. Alboreto had also picked up a slow puncture from wreckage of the road and so had to pit for new tires and dropped behind de Cesaris. he fought back and retook the place and late in the race was able to pass de Angelis as well to take second. But victory was Prost's. Behind Alboreto came de Angelis, de Cesaris, Warwick and and Jacques Laffite (Ligier-Renault).
