John Watson had a bit of a win drought after his first F1 victory in '76 - the number of winless races (?) included 33 DNFs. There is hope for Mr Button yet. I remember querying the wisdom of Alonso leaving Renault when he announced that during the '06 season. Renault are now firmly behind BMW in the CWC. That is still better than Honda, who need to hire James Bond as their new designer... It's not easy being Bill Oddie.
